Terms & Conditions

Ai MindUp provides artificial intelligence solutions, practical AI training, and strategic consulting services.

Our services may include live training, digital materials, demonstrations, third-party AI tools, consultations, and related educational or professional activities.

Ai MindUp training programs and services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.

By registering for a program or service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Registration is subject to the requirements, capacity, schedule, and conditions of the relevant program or service.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate information when registering and for attending the sessions or activities included in their registration.

Where payment is required, participation remains subject to the applicable payment requirements.

Participants are responsible for paying the applicable fees according to the payment arrangements communicated for the relevant program or service.

For training programs where payment is made in stages, the full program fee must be paid before 30% of the program has been completed.

If the outstanding balance is not paid by the required deadline, Ai MindUp reserves the right to cancel the participant’s enrollment and discontinue their participation in the program.

Refunds, cancellations, seat transfers, postponements, and schedule changes are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Training materials, presentations, exercises, frameworks, documents, digital resources, and other materials provided by Ai MindUp are intended for the registered participant’s personal or professional learning use.

Without prior permission from Ai MindUp, participants may not:

• copy or reproduce training materials for redistribution
• sell or resell Ai MindUp materials
• distribute paid materials to unauthorized third parties
• publish or publicly share protected training materials
• record live training sessions

Ownership of third-party tools, platforms, trademarks, content, and materials remains with their respective owners.

Participants may not record audio, video, screen content, or any other part of a live Ai MindUp training session without prior permission from Ai MindUp.

Ai MindUp may separately inform participants if a session is officially recorded or if different recording arrangements apply.

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during Ai MindUp programs and interactions.

Ai MindUp reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a participant in cases involving:

• serious misconduct
• abusive or threatening behavior
• intentional disruption of sessions
• misuse or unauthorized distribution of training materials
• violation of applicable program rules
• failure to meet required payment obligations

Any refund entitlement remains subject to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Ai MindUp programs and services may involve third-party artificial intelligence tools, software, platforms, websites, APIs, or external services.

These services operate independently from Ai MindUp.

Their features, interfaces, pricing, availability, access requirements, policies, or functionality may change at any time.

Ai MindUp is not responsible for changes independently made by third-party providers.

Participants should review the applicable terms and privacy practices of third-party services they choose to use.

Ai MindUp may reschedule or change training dates and/or session times when necessary.

A schedule change does not by itself create a right to a refund, provided the program itself has not been cancelled.

If Ai MindUp cancels the program, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

A participant may transfer their registered seat to another person.

A registration cannot be postponed, deferred, or transferred to a future cohort or program date.

Ai MindUp aims to keep information about its services, training programs, schedules, and offerings clear and current.

Some information may change as services, technologies, schedules, or third-party tools evolve.

Where a booking, proposal, quotation, registration confirmation, or written agreement contains terms specific to a service, those specific terms should be read together with these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Matters relating to these Terms & Conditions are subject to the applicable jurisdiction in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
