Refund & Cancellation Policy

Any deposit paid to reserve a seat is refundable only if the cancellation request is made more than 48 hours before the first scheduled session.

If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the first session, or after the program has started, the deposit is non-refundable.

If Ai MindUp cancels the program, participants will be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid.

Ai MindUp reserves the right to reschedule or change the dates and/or times of sessions when necessary.

A change to the program schedule does not entitle the participant to a refund, provided the program itself has not been cancelled.

A participant may transfer their registered seat to another person.

Transferring a seat does not mean postponing or moving the registration to a future cohort.

Registrations cannot be postponed, deferred, or transferred to a future cohort or future program date.

The full program fee must be paid before 30% of the program has been completed.

If the outstanding balance is not paid by this deadline, Ai MindUp reserves the right to cancel the participant’s enrollment and discontinue their participation in the program.
